Ranch Style Chicken
Ranch Style Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 fryer, 1 large can evaporated milk, 1 c. bisquick, 1 (no. 2 1/2) can peach halves and 1/2 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix Bisquick, salt, pepper and paprika together in a paper sack; set aside.
Cut up fryer and dip in 1/2 cup diluted canned milk (1/2 water and 1/2 milk).
Place in sack with Bisquick mixture; shake until coated.
Melt shortening in a rectangular pan in oven.
Add chicken, skin side down.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 425Β°.
