Ranch Potatoes
Ranch Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. new potatoes, 2 tbsp. butter, melted, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. white pepper and 3 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Peel and slice potatoes and boil until tender.
Drain potatoes and place in a pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick coating spray.
With potatoes spread flat, pour butter over hot potatoes and sprinkle with salt and white pepper.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over potatoes.
Pour Ranch dressing onto cheese.
Spread dressing evenly over potatoes/cheese.
Sprinkle bacon and green onions on top of Ranch dressing.
Serve warmed or chilled.
