Ranch Potatoes
Ranch Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 medium potatoes, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 (16 oz.) bottle ranch salad dressing, 1 tsp. pepper and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Wash potatoes.
Slice about 1/4-inch thick.
Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Sprinkle with seasonings. Drizzle with melted margarine.
Pour dressing over potatoes.
Toss to coat well.
Cover and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.
Optional: Before baking, sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese, bacon bits, or chives.
