Ranch Potatoes
Ranch Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 large red potatoes, 2 c. ranch salad dressing, 1 c. sour cream, 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, divided and 1/2 c. crumbled cooked bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cut potatoes into quarters.
Place in a large saucepan.
Cover with water.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Cook until tender, about 8 minutes; drain. Combine salad dressing, sour cream, 1/2 c. cheddar cheese and bacon in a large bowl.
Add potatoes and salt; stir well.
Spoon mixture into a medium baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese.
