Ranch Casserole
Ranch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 cooked chicken breasts or equivalent amount of turkey breast, 12 flour or 14 corn tortillas, cut in strips, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut chicken turkey size pieces and cook until done.
Mix soups, onion, milk and salsa together. Place 1/2 of tortillas on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with 1/2 of meat and 1/2 of sauce and cheese.
Repeat layers; cover with remaining cheese.
At 300Β° for 1 1/2 hours. Best if made the night before.
