Raita is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. plain yogurt, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 sliced banana, 2 buds crushed cardamon and 1 c. dates, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all the ingredients, being careful not to crush the banana.
If the raita is prepared hours before the dinner, reserve the banana until just before serving.
