Raisin Walnut Bits
Raisin Walnut Bits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped walnuts, 1 c. whole wheat flour, 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 (11 oz.) box raisins and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a large bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients.
In small bowl, mix buttermilk, oil and egg, then stir into flour mixture until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour in greased loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool completely.
Cut loaf lengthwise into thirds, then crosswise into eighths.
