Raisin Rocks
Raisin Rocks is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. cloves and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Sift flour once; measure.
Add baking soda, salt and spices.
Sift together 3 times.
Work butter with spoon until creamy.
Add sugar gradually and cream together until light and fluffy.
Add flour alternately with combined milk and molasses, a small amount at a time, beating until smooth after each addition.
Add raisins and nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in hot oven (400Β°) for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen Rocks.
