Raisin Pie
Raisin Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. seedless raisins, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 4 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cover raisins an inch or so over the top with water.
Cook until good and plump over low heat.
Mix together sugar, salt, cinnamon and flour. Add enough water to make it like a thickening for gravy.
Stir into raisins and continue cooking over low heat until thick.
Pour into a 9-inch pie crust and make a lattice top. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and sugar and bake at 350Β° until golden.
