Raisin Pie
Raisin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with pastry for 2 crust pie, 1 c. raisins, 1 stick margarine, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cover raisins with water; bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
Drain.
Mix together, sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon. Melt margarine; add sugar mixture and beaten egg.
Stir in vanilla and raisins.
Pour into unbaked pie shell; top with crust.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350° until done.
