Raisin Nut Cookie
Raisin Nut Cookie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. margarine, 2 c. white sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. salt and 1 c. nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soak raisins in warm water while mixing other ingredients. Cream the butter, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla; add eggs and beat well.
Sift flour, soda and salt; stir into first mixture.
Add oatmeal, raisins and nuts; chill.
Make in roll about 2 1/2-inches thick.
Bake at 360Β° for about 20 minutes.
Can freeze and bake as needed.
