Raisin Granola
Raisin Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. old fashioned oats, 1 c. coconut, 1/2 c. wheat germ, 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or almonds and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine oats, coconut, wheat germ, nuts and salt in large bowl. Stir in condensed milk, add oil and mix thoroughly.
Spray cookie sheet and spread mixture evenly.
Bake at 300Β°, stirring occasionally for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and stir in raisins. Cool.
Store in closed container.
