Raisins.
Butter and sugar; add beaten egg.
Sift flour and baking powder and add alternating with milk to creamed mixture.
Mix thoroughly; add raisins and lemon extract and well. Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full.
Bake 20 minutes in a hot oven at 425Β°.
Makes 12 to 14 cupcakes.
