Raisin Cake
Raisin Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. unsifted flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1/3 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
In a large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat the first 10 ingredients for 2 minutes. Stir in apples, raisins and nuts.
Pour into pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
Remove and cool completely.
Frost with 2 cups of whipped cream.
