Raisin Bread

Mix hot water, sugar, salt and shortening.
Cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in water.
Add eggs, flour, raisins and cinnamon. Stir until well blended.
In warm place about 50 minutes. Punch down.
Knead 1/2 minute.
Turn into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
