Rainbow Salad
Rainbow Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 pkg. flavored gelatin (5 different), 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin, 8 oz. cream cheese, 2 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix flavored gelatin separately using 1 1/4 cups hot water for each package. Soften 2 packages unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup water. Set aside. Beat together cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk. Heat the remaining 2 cups milk to almost boiling, then add 1/2 cup sugar.
Stir in the softened unflavored gelatin. Add cream cheese mixture and vanilla.
Stir until smooth. Cool.
