Rainbow Delight Cake
Rainbow Delight Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with angel food cake, cooled and split horizontally to make 3 layers, 2 c. chilled whipping cream, 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, food coloring and almond extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Beat whipping cream and confectioners sugar until stiff.
To 2 cups of frosting stir in several drops of yellow food coloring and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.
To 1 cup of frosting, add red food coloring and 1/2 teaspoon rum extract to make pink.
