Rainbow Cake
Rainbow Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2/3 c. milk and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Blend butter and sugar; add eggs and milk.
Sift flour and baking powder and blend with liquid ingredients.
Add vanilla. Divide batter into 3 parts.
To part one, add green food coloring. Pour into loaf pan.
To part two, add red food coloring, then pour this carefully over first layer.
Pour last layer as is carefully over pink layer.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
