Radish Dip
Radish Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt, 1 c. halved radishes, 3 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise, 1/4 tsp. hot sauce and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Spoon plain low-fat yogurt onto several layers of heavy-duty paper towels.
Spread to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cover with additional paper towels and let stand 5 minutes.
Scrape into a small bowl, using a rubber spatula and set aside.
Position knife blade in food processor bowl.
Add radishes and pulse 5 times or until coarsely chopped. Add mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients and pulse 5 times or until combined. Add to yogurt. Stir well.
Cover and chill.
Garnish with sliced radish, if desired.
Serve with assorted vegetables, such as steamed asparagus, steamed green beans, carrot strips, sliced yellow squash and sliced radishes. Yields 1 1/4 cups.
