Quickie Beef Stew
Quickie Beef Stew is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Made with (1 lb.) can sliced carrots, (8 oz.) can whole potatoes, (8 oz.) can cut green beans, c. all-purpose flour and envelope (about 1 1/2 oz.) dry onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Drain vegetables, reserving liquid.
Combine flour and soup mix in large skillet.
Add water to reserved liquid to measure 3 cups; stir into mixture in skillet.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Stir in vegetables and beef. Cover; cook over low heat about 10 minutes, or until heated through.
Makes 4 servings.
