Quick Yeast Rolls
Quick Yeast Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 2 1/2 c. biscuit mix, 1/4 c. butter and 3/4 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dissolve yeast in water in mixer bowl.
Add biscuit mix gradually, mixing well.
Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic.
Let rest 5 to 10 minutes.
Shape as desired.
Roll in melted butter.
Arrange in a baking pan.
Let rise, covered, until doubled in bulk.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
