Quick Tuna Salad
Quick Tuna Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans tuna, drained, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. chopped olives (optional) and 1 c. miracle whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all items except shoestring potatoes.
Cool in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.
Just before serving, add shoestrings and serve immediately.
Cheese cubes can be added for extra protein.
This salad does not keep well so I make enough to serve once then repeat if necessary or save for leftovers.
