Quick Taco Pie
Quick Taco Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. ground beef, 1 1/4 oz. pkg. taco or chili seasoning mix, 1/2 c. water, 1/3 c. sliced stuffed green olives and 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Stir in seasoning mix, water and olives.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place these in ungreased 9 or 10-inch pan, pressing to form a crust.
Sprinkle 1 cup crushed corn chips over the bottom of crust.
Spoon meat mixture over crust and corn chips.
Spread sour cream over meat mix and cover with cheese.
Sprinkle on remaining chips.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes until crust is golden brown.
If desired, serve in wedges, topped with shredded lettuce and avocado slices.
Yields 6 servings.
