Quick Taco Bake
Quick Taco Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 envelope taco seasoning mix, 1 can tomato sauce and 1 can whole kernel corn, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Spoon into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Stir in seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Stir remaining ingredients until blended.
Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until light golden brown.
Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce, if desired.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
