Quick "Stuffed" Shells is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 box large shells, 2 large jars spaghetti sauce (your choice) and 1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix ground beef as you would for meat loaf.
Saute in a little oil in a heavy skillet; pour off fat.
Combine sauce with ground beef; simmer until thickened.
Boil shells as directed on package (add a little oil to prevent sticking); drain.
Spread a layer of beef on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add a layer of shells. Continue; end with beef mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese melts and is lightly browned.
