Quick Spicy Chile
Quick Spicy Chile is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground skinless white meat, turkey or deer meat, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 2 cans mexican style tomatoes and juice, 2 cans ranch style pinto beans and 1 (27 oz.) can "light" spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Saute meat and minced garlic in a nonstick frying pan sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
Saute until of the pink disappears, then add remaining ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10. Contains 1.03 grams of fat per serving.
