Quick Side Dish Stuffing
Quick Side Dish Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. sliced celery, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1-3/4 c. (14.5 oz. can) chicken broth and 1/2 c. sunmaid raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook onion and celery in butter 8 minutes stirring.
Add broth and raisins, bring to a boil.
Occasionally stir in stuffing mix.
Cover & cook over low heat 2 minutes or heated through. Serve as a side dish with chicken, turkey or pork.
May be placed in a greased baking dish and refrigerated.
To serve, cover and bake at 350Β° 30 minutes or until hot.
