Quick Shepherds Pie
Quick Shepherds Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground round, 1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 2 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 400°.
Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, water, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Mix well.
In 9-inch pie pan, press meat mixture over bottom and sides.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes until brown.
Reduce heat to 350°.
In bowl, stir together potatoes, cheese, peas and carrots.
Spoon into meat shell.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
