Quick Rice Pudding
Quick Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. precooked rice, 2 c. milk, 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding and pie mix, 3/4 c. milk and 2 tbsp. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat rice and 2 cups milk to boil; stir constantly.
Reduce heat; cover.
Cook over low heat 5 minutes.
Add vanilla pudding and 3/4 cup milk.
Mix well.
Stir into rice mixture.
Bring to boil.
Stir constantly.
Add raisins and nutmeg.
Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Chill 15 minutes.
