Quick Rhubarb Cake
Quick Rhubarb Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix with pudding, 3 c. rhubarb, 1 1/4 c. sugar and 1/2 pt. whipping cream (unwhipped), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Prepare cake mix according to directions.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan.
Dice up rhubarb and carefully put over the top of cake in pan.
Sprinkle sugar over top of rhubarb.
Do not mix or stir.
Carefully pour whipping cream (unwhipped) over rhubarb-sugar mixture; do not stir.
Bake at 350Β° or 30 to 40 minutes until done.
Can be served with or without cream. Delicious.
