Quick Pizza Crust
Quick Pizza Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour, 1 pkg. dry yeast (self-rising), 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. salad oil and 1 c. very warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix yeast in warm water.
Set aside.
Mix other ingredients; then add water mixture.
Knead well.
Put on floured surface, under a bowl for 10 minutes (I always skip this step).
Roll out into a 12 or 16-inch round or cookie sheet size.
Put sauce and cheese and any other ingredients on top.
Bake at 400° to 425° for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on thickness of crust.
