Quick Pineapple Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding, juice of 1 lemon, 1 c. small marshmallows and 8 oz. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix well the pineapple and package of pistachio pudding.
Then add the other ingredients.
