Quick Peach Dessert
Quick Peach Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. sifted fresh peaches or drained and rinsed canned peaches, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Place peaches in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar.
Cream butter and 1/2 cup sugar, beating well.
Add self-rising flour and egg; mix well.
Stir in vanilla.
Spoon mixture over sugared peaches.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
