Quick 'n Easy Tomato Aspic
Quick 'N Easy Tomato Aspic is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes, 1 small pkg. lemon jello, stuffed olives, coarsely chopped or sliced in rounds (dozen or so) and 1/2 pkg. plain gelatin, softened in a little water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mash tomatoes in pan and bring to boil.
Remove from heat. Add Jell-O and softened gelatin.
Stir to dissolve well.
Add olives.
Pour into mold and chill until firm.
