Quick Muffins is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted self-rising flour, 2 to 4 tbsp. sugar, 1 egg, 3/4 c. milk and 1/4 melted or liquid shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine flour and sugar.
Beat egg, milk and shortening together.
Add to flour. Mix only enough to dampen dry ingredients.
