Quick Mexican Dip
Quick Mexican Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can hormel chili with beans, 1 large pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 large pkg. cream cheese, softened, jalapeño peppers, chopped (as desired) and bag tortilla chips (or a spoon), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Spread cream cheese on bottom of glass baking dish.
Add can of chili and peppers to taste.
Spread 1/2 of Cheddar cheese. Blend slightly.
Empty rest of Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Be sure top layer of cheese is melted. Dig in.
