Made with 1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey), 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs, 1/4 c. milk, 1 egg and 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (may substitute 3/4 tsp. garlic powder and 3/4 tsp. onion powder), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 425Β°.
Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, milk, egg and seasonings thoroughly.
Shape by tablespoon in 1 1/2-inch balls.
