In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate and nuts.
Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
Add chocolate and nuts and mix.
Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center.
