Quick Layer Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 graham cracker squares, 1/2 c. melted oleo, 1 c. walnuts, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Break 8 graham cracker squares.
Pour butter into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Top with graham cracker crumbs pressing evenly in bottom of pan.
Sprinkle chopped walnuts over crumbs.
Layer in order listed all remaining ingredients, pouring milk over entire mixture.
Bake 25 minutes.
Let cool and cut into squares.
