Quick Lasagna
Quick Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. spaghetti sauce, 2 c. ricotta cheese, 1 c. cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. parsley flakes and 1 tsp. chopped garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Mix Ricotta and cottage cheese with parsley and garlic.
Pour 1 cup of sauce into bottom of pan.
Arrange 1/3 of noodles in pan, touching, but not overlapping.
Spread 1/2 of cheese mixture over noodles; top with 1/2 of Mozzarella.
Repeat layers, starting again with sauce.
Top final layer should be noodles.
Cover with remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour.
