Quick Jack Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 stick butter, melted, 1 c. milk and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
