Quick Ice Cream
Quick Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 1 2/3 c. evaporated milk (1 tall can), 2/3 c. sugar and 1 envelope kool-aid instant soft drink mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Chill milk in ice cube tray until almost frozen at edges.
Put ice cold milk into cold small bowl of electric mixer.
Chill the beaters of mixer and whip the milk until fluffy (high speed).
Add sugar and Kool-Aid.
Whip until stiff.
Freeze in 1-quart ice cube tray until firm, 3 to 4 hours.
Kids really like this.
Makes 8 (1/2-cup) servings.
