Quick Hollandaise is an easy dinner. Made with 3 large egg yolks, juice of 1/2 lemon, pinch of cayenne pepper and 1 stick butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place egg yolks in blender.
Blend with lemon juice, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper for 30 seconds. Add melted butter while blender is running (very slowly). If too runny, microwave 15 to 20 seconds and re-blend.
Repeat until desired thickness.
