Quick Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. top ramen, 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, 1 can tomatoes, peeled, 1 c. meat (chicken or beef), chopped (leftovers) and 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated (is option as a topping), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook up Top Ramen soup in 3 cups of water, then add all remainder of ingredients, stirring it a little, bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and serve in bowls, topped with grated cheese (optional).
