Quick Fudge
Quick Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 small can pet milk, 13 large marshmallows, cut up, 1 stick butter (1/2 c.) and 1 pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Put the first 3 ingredients in a saucepan.
Let come to a boil and boil 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
In a mixing bowl, put remaining ingredients.
Stir the cooked mixture in the above until well mixed and chips are melted.
Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper; top with a half of pecan.
Chill.
Drop by teaspoon into a bowl of finely chopped pecans; roll until well coated.
Place on waxed paper; chill.
Form fudge in a long roll; roll back and forth to get a round roll.
Roll in waxed paper, chill and slice 1/4-inch thick.
