Position knife blade in food processor bowl.

Add flour and salt.

Top with cover and process, pulsing 3 or 4 times or until combined.

Cut butter into 6 pieces; add to flour mixture, pulsing 5 or 6 times or until mixture resembles coarse meal.

With processor running, slowly add water, a teaspoon at a time, until dough forms a ball, leaving the sides of the bowl.

Cover and chill dough for 30 minutes.

Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness and fit into a 9-inch pie plate.
