Quick Food Processor Pie Dough
Quick Food Processor Pie Dough is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter (frozen) and 2 to 2 1/2 tbsp. ice water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Position knife blade in food processor bowl.
Add flour and salt.
Top with cover and process, pulsing 3 or 4 times or until combined.
Cut butter into 6 pieces; add to flour mixture, pulsing 5 or 6 times or until mixture resembles coarse meal.
With processor running, slowly add water, a teaspoon at a time, until dough forms a ball, leaving the sides of the bowl.
Cover and chill dough for 30 minutes.
Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness and fit into a 9-inch pie plate.
