Quick Enchiladas
Quick Enchiladas is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 tsp. ground comino, 1 tsp. garlic salt, 1 lb. mild mexican velveeta and 12 flour tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown meat with comino and garlic salt in skillet.
Drain. Reduce heat to low.
Add 1/2 of Velveeta.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Spoon 1/4 cup of meat mixture into tortillas and roll up. Place, seam down, in baking dish.
Top with remaining grated cheese.
Bake 25 minutes at 350Β°.
