Quick Enchilada Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen enchiladas, 1 small can chili, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 c. shredded monterey jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place frozen enchiladas in glass baking dish; pour chili undiluted over enchiladas.
Spread out evenly.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Spread cheese over top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
Serves 6.
