Quick Dinner Rolls
Quick Dinner Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 3/4 c. warm water, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. oil and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Add yeast to water.
Stir in sugar, oil, salt and egg until sugar and salt are dissolved.
Stir in one cup of flour until mixture is smooth.
Let rise, covered, on top of a warm pan of water for 15 minutes.
Stir down and add remaining flour.
Turn onto board and knead three minutes.
Roll into 16 balls, quickly. Place in buttered pan and brush butter on tops.
Cover and place in warm place to rise for 25 minutes.
Bake at 425Β° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
