Quick Deli Dills
Quick Deli Dills is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. water, 1 c. white vinegar, 1 c. kosher salt, 6 dill stalks (wash roots only) and 3 to 4 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring first 3 ingredients to a rolling boil.
Put dill in bottom of crock.
Put garlic in bottom of crock.
Put pickles on top.
Add boiling brine to cover cukes.
Put a plate over cukes to hold them under the brine.
Cover crock with a towel.
Check in 3 to 4 days to see if they look like pickles.
Put in jars and cover with the brine.
Store in fridge.
